Tony Medrano is the CEO and co-founder of RapportBoost.AI.
Tony started his career as a technology entrepreneur out of his Stanford University dorm as co-founder and President of DoDots, the first desktop-to-mobile app platform. He built the company to 100+ employees, raised $25M in venture capital and managed all company operations, personnel and deals.
He was most recently CEO of Boopsie, a mobile Platform-as-a-Service company that he grew for 4 years and successfully sold to a strategic partner in 2015. Tony has also served as Vice President of Sales / Business Development Reply! and SmartDrive Systems.
Tony has dedicated his career in technology to leading sales teams and understands the need for automation tools that help sales reps increase efficiency, close more business and increase margins.
Tony received his MBA and JD from Stanford, M.A. from Columbia and B.A. from Harvard.
Dr. Michael • Housman

Dr. Michael Housman is the Chief Data Scientist and Co-founder of RapportBoost.AI.
Michael has spent his entire career applying state-of-the-art statistical methodologies and econometric techniques to large data-sets in order to drive organizational decision-making and helping companies operate more effectively.
Prior to founding RapportBoost.AI, he was the Chief Analytics Officer at Evolv (acquired by Cornerstone OnDemand for $42M in 2015) where he helped architect a machine learning platform capable of mining databases consisting of hundreds of millions of employee records. He was named a 2014 game changer by Workforce magazine for his work.
Michael is currently an equity advisor for a half-dozen technology companies based out of the San Francisco bay area: hiQ Labs, Bakround, Interviewed, Performiture, Tenacity, Homebase, and States Title.
Michael is a noted public speaker and has published his work in a variety of peer-reviewed journals and has had his research profiled by The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, The Economist, and The Atlantic.
Dr. Housman received his A.M. and Ph.D. in Applied Economics and Managerial Science from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his A.B. from Harvard University.
Andrew • Kim
Andrew Kim is a Product Advisor at RapportBoost.AI
Andrew assists with product builds from end-to-end to ensure an outstanding user experience. He is passionate about building great solutions and has experience in every aspect of the product development process.
Most recently Andrew led Product and Engineering at hiQ Labs. He shaped hiQ’s product direction and roadmap for their Control Center application – which was awarded Product of the Year at the 2016 Human Resources Technology Conference – and led the strategic technical development of hiQ’s Keeper and Skill Mapper offerings. As Director of Analytics at Evolve, Andrew worked closely with the Product and Sales teams to build the Insights platform.
Andrew loves to stay active in the tech community and advises early stage startups on product development and management. Andrew received his M.P.P. from the University of Southern California and a B.A. from Michigan State University.

David • Shuttleworth
David Shuttleworth is a Data Scientist at RapportBoost.AI.
David leverages his background in behavioral economics and outcomes research to build predictive models and optimize agent decision-making.
Prior to joining RapportBoost.AI, he conducted clinical research at the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for Health Incentives and Behavioral Economics and the Veterans Affairs Center for Health Equity Research and Promotion. His studies have been funded by the National Institute of Aging, the National Institute of Health, Veterans Affairs Health Services Research and Development, and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
David has co-authored research that has been published in a variety of peer-reviewed scientific and medical journals including the Journal of the American Medical Association, the Annals of Internal Medicine, the Journal of General Internal Medicine, the American Journal of Health Promotion, and SLEEP.
In addition to RapportBoost.AI, David is currently working in predictive analytics and machine learning at Bakround and States Title, technology companies based out of the San Francisco bay area.
David received his M.Sc. from the London School of Economics and his B.A. from Temple University.

Vanessa is a California native who has been leading business development for startups in technology, fitness and lifestyle companies for ten years. She has a B.S. in Kinesiology from San Diego State University and loves to rollerblade to RapportBoost’s Venice office.

Tushar Pandit, Data Science Advisor at RapportBoost.AI
Recently, he worked on a project named cluster-computing on geospatial data using GeoSpark. The project included performing Geo-spatial operations on large datasets stored in distributed systems using Hadoop, Apache Spark, Scala and GeoSpark library.
He is more inclined towards Data Science- Machine Learning and would like to pursue it as a career. Tushar successfully, built Classification and Regression models as a part of a school project.

Stefan is a startup advisor and interim C.T.O. He works with early-to-middle-stage companies to help them identify and solve process issues. He draws on his experience as a 3x startup founder, first with Smartvark in 2009, StackCommerce (previously StackSocial) in 2011 and Cult Cosmetics in 2013.
Stefan has a B.S. in Information & Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine and an M.B.A. from UCLA. In a past life, he worked on the technology side in the hedge fund industry, but caught the startup bug and decided to pursue that passion after business school. Stefan loves to surf and has developed technology to help surfers optimize their performance.

Karim Adib, Product Strategy at RapportBoost.AI
Karim Adib has over 20 years of experience in business technology, spanning all aspects of operational and innovation leadership. Karim started his career at the University of Missouri but was soon recruited by the president of Sprint to head up efforts in enabling technologies where he pioneered many technologies we find common place today. Later, as the founder and Managing Partner of Maxtel, Karim built a consulting firm known among clients and vendors for efficient methodologies, comprehensive technology architectures. Karim appreciates fine wine, but rarely during traditional working hours.

Dr. David Clementz is an Advisor to RapportBoost.AI and was formerly the CIO of Chevron-Texaco
David is the former CIO of Chevron-Texaco. He uses his 35 years of experience in technology management to help firms develop technology enabled strategies.
David formerly worked with EDS in Dallas, Texas, where he served as Executive Vice President for Service Delivery. In that capacity he was responsible for over 100,000 employees in 65 countries and a budget of over $15 Billion.
