Fareed Adib is on the Board of Directors at RapportBoost.AI.
Fareed Adib currently serves RapportBoost.AI on its Board of Directors. He is the Chief Technology Officer of VistaEquity Partners, a Private Equity fund with more than $15 Billion under management where he provides product and technology oriented strategic operational and programmatic support to the entire Vista organization. Fareed supervises the distributed team of software development and project management professionals and is accountable for setting the direction of the technology roadmap for Vista’s portfolio companies. Fareed served on Tony’s advisory board at Boopsie since 2012.
Fareed brings nearly 20 years of experience in technology with a distinguished track-record of building diverse, global teams while managing billion-dollar profit and loss statements for some of the world’s most impactful and iconic brands, including Google, Softbank, Sprint, Nextel and IBM. He has been named by Fierce Wireless as a “Rising Star of Wireless” in 2013, by Fortune as a “Forty Under Forty: Mobilizers Making Waves on Mobile Platforms” in 2012, and as one of “The Smartest People in Tech” by Fortune in 2011.
Fareed has a B.S. Computer Science from the University of Missouri and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
Matthew • McBrady
Matthew McBrady is an Advisor to RapportBoost.AI.
Matthew R. McBrady, Ph.D., is the former Chief Investment Officer of BlackRock’s Multi-Strategy (MuSt) hedge fund. Prior to joining BlackRock in 2014, Dr. McBrady served as head of Investment Strategy and Risk Management at Silver Creek Capital Management, and as a private equity investor at Bain Capital. Before moving to the private sector, Dr. McBrady was an award-winning professor at the Darden School of the University of Virginia and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Earlier in his career, he also served as both an entrepreneur and policy advisor.
As an entrepreneur, Dr. McBrady helped establish and grow aQuantive, a pioneer in digital advertising that went public in 2000 and was subsequently acquired by Microsoft. He was also actively involved in transforming TASER International from a small Arizona-based startup into a leading international business. He led the company through its IPO and remained on the Board for 15 years afterwards. As a policy advisor, Dr. McBrady worked as an International Economist for Janet Yellen and Jeffrey Frankel in President Clinton’s Council of Economic Advisors. He was also recruited by Timothy Geithner to join the Asian Financial Crisis Task Force that later became the U.S. Treasury’s Office of Policy Development and Review.
Dr. McBrady earned an A.B. degree in Economics from Harvard College in 1992, an M.Sc. in Economics for Development from Oxford University in 1993, where he was a Marshall Scholar, and a Ph.D. in Business Economics in 2002 from Harvard University. He has published research in publications including the Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Financial Intermediation, Review of Finance, and Journal of Restructuring Finance. He was also a co-author of two Harvard Business School case studies, and co-author of a chapter in the Encyclopedia of Financial Globalization.
Dr. Kate • Niederhoffer
Dr. Kate Niederhoffer is an Advisor to RapportBoost.AI.
Kate Niederhoffer is an experienced researcher and startup entrepreneur focused on incorporating social science in technology and applying natural language processing techniques to conduct research. She currently runs Circadia Labs which uses multidisciplinary methods to study the language in dream reports and identify cues to social and mental health.
Her overall research program centers on the psychology of language in social interactions spanning conscious (advice, social media) and unconscious (dream reports) corpora. She completed her doctorate in Social Psychology at the University of Texas, developed the methodology for one of the first social media monitoring platforms, BuzzMetrircs (acquired by Nielsen, 2006), and is the founder of Sooth, a mobile application that helps people work through everyday situations with the anonymous advice of peers, family and friends.
Dr. David • Clementz
Dr. David Clementz is an Advisor to RapportBoost.AI and was formerly the CIO of Chevron-Texaco.
David is the former CIO of Chevron-Texaco. He uses his 35 years of experience in technology management to help firms develop technology enabled strategies.
David formerly worked with EDS in Dallas, Texas, where he served as Executive Vice President for Service Delivery. In that capacity he was responsible for over 100,000 employees in 65 countries and a budget of over $15 Billion. David has been a mentor to Tony since the 1980s, and was on Tony & Megans advisory board at Boopsie since 2012.
Dr. Clementz has an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University, an M.S. from Purdue University and a Ph.D. from Michigan State University.
Andrew • Kim
Co-Founder and Advisor
Andrew Kim is a Product Advisor to RapportBoost.AI.
Andrew assists with product builds from end-to-end to ensure an outstanding user experience. He is passionate about building great solutions and has experience in every aspect of the product development process.
Most recently Andrew led Product and Engineering at hiQ Labs. He shaped hiQ’s product direction and roadmap for their Control Center application – which was awarded Product of the Year at the 2016 Human Resources Technology Conference – and led the strategic technical development of hiQ’s Keeper and Skill Mapper offerings. As Director of Analytics at Evolv, Andrew worked closely with the Product and Sales teams to build the Insights platform. He and Mike worked together to run the Data Science team at Evolv and then later collaborated at hiQ Labs.
Andrew loves to stay active in the tech community and advises early stage startups on product development and management. Andrew received his M.P.P. from the University of Southern California and a B.A. from Michigan State University.
