Ready?  Tip #3 – Grammar Errors 

While simplified grammar is expected in live chat, grammatical errors can be distracting plus can give the impression of incompetence and unprofessionalism. However, it is often good to demonstrate that the agent is not a chatbot and an occasional error makes the conversation human.
