Okay, the tip for today is when to use WE vs I in short-form communication:
Saying “we” or “our” as in “we are here to help” and “our team is dedicated to your satisfaction” can be powerful because it gives the impression of a large and accessible team.
However, at at times, it is better to show that you are personally engaged by using words like “I” and “I will” or “I can”. Why? Because taking direct personal responsibility and showing personal engagement can be powerful in quickly making a one-to-one connections with the visitor so RapportBuilding!
